Brothers Keeper

Brothers Keeper is a peer mentoring program targeted towards positively influencing field level safe behavior. Using their professional knowledge and insights individual workers on each crew take on an active leadership role that helps maximize the effectiveness of hazard assessment, safety observations and corrective actions initiated at the crew level.

Throughout the day, this individual will help their crew to watch for changing tasks, conditions and environment. They will also assist other crew members in identifying opportunities for improvement and help bring forth innovated safe and productive methods to accomplish a task.
