We employ a definitive mark-up format during all pre-job conferences which is founded on clear and established craft jurisdiction. We supplement this process through open and cooperative dialogue among labour representatives. Comstock Canada Ltd. has convened conferences for many of the largest construction projects in Canada and has successfully completed these projects without labour disruption due to grievance or jurisdictional disputes.

We further demonstrates our commitment to our employees, as active participants in local, national and international Industry Associations, who themselves are dedicated to ensuring our workforce is trained in the latest techniques and project management methods. This involvement is matched by our dedication to the individual trade apprenticeship programs as a number of our employees serve as advisors and teachers to the local union programs.
